Re-Building Company Culture
10 Team-Building Games You Can Play Over Zoom
Having a unique and appealing company culture is arguably one of the most important things in today’s business world. In a world unaffected by a global pandemic, businesses offer multiple opportunities for coworkers to bond: dinner parties, meeting up for drinks at a local bar, seminars, and other face-to-face activities. In the popular sitcom The Office, the employees drove across town for pie in one episode, and in another, they even had a beach day!
Due to Covid-19, people have been struggling with maintaining their company’s unique culture. The priority in these recent months has been adjusting to the major changes and keeping our businesses afloat. Now, we are just realizing how we’ve neglected to take care of a crucial part of what makes our businesses special.
How do we hold virtual/remote team building activities (especially ones that won’t put your coworkers to sleep, and we can only have so many happy hours) remotely? We’ve got the answer!
Check out these 10 fun games that can be played in the office, and how you can modify them to be played remotely!
Good luck!

Paper clips can only be moved one at a time. Players may use any other office supplies to help them complete the challenge.
