Engaging Our Remote Workers
Activities for boosting morale in our home offices!
At first, working from home full-time was a struggle. The nosy parents, the screaming kids, sharing the home office with your spouse. Thankfully after over 3 months, it finally feels like we’ve adjusted.
Making that change took a lot of work, and I don’t know about you guys, but I’m in a slump. I am fully ready to be back at the office, but most of us don’t know when that will be.
So, let’s get out of that slump and boost morale! Whether you’re doing it for a team you’re leading, for your fellow coworkers, or even by yourself at your home office.
Here are 10 great games that boost morale and engage workers from their home office!
You can play these games in person and challenge your friends and coworkers to play virtually with you over Zoom!
